Anti-Aging Face Masks Do it Yourself At Home
Nowadays you can find hundreds of anti-aging masks at any grocery store and even more of them online. The advertisements say their mask cleanser and face creams that are 100% natural super effective and even magical but can you really believe it?
When manufacturers produce goods in vast quantities it makes sense that they want to have bigger profits so they may add preservatives and chemicals to lower production costs.
That makes these products not exactly 100% natural. What can you do about it? We have solutions for you.
Coffee and milk masks
If you wish for even-toned skin, then a coffee and milk face mask is the simplest and most effective solution. It can remove impurities from your face and can make your skin glow.
To prepare the mask, blend one tablespoon of ground coffee with one to two tablespoons of milk. Mix the ingredients to form a paste and then apply it to your face.
Apply the mix all over your face avoiding the eye area give the mask 15 to 20 minutes to work its magic you can then rinse it off with lukewarm water you will see immediate results.

The coffee, turmeric, and yogurt face mask is another great choice.
To make this mask, mix one tablespoon of coffee powder, one tablespoon of turmeric, and one tablespoon of yogurt. Stir well to make a lump-free mixture.
Apply the paste evenly across your face and leave it for 20 minutes. To remove the paste, massage gently in a circular motion and wash with warm water for a brighter skin tone.
Turmeric is rich in anti-inflammatory properties and vitamin C. The ingredients help to remove dullness from the skin and lighten the dark spots while yogurt with the alpha-hydroxy acids reduces the oil from the face and nourishes it.
Flaxseed Mask:
Flaxseed masks will give your skin the tone and hydration it needs. Flaxseed is rich in fatty acids, and it stimulates oil production in your body.
To make flaxseed masks, follow these steps: First, grind flax seeds in a blender to have flaxseed powder. Alternatively, you can purchase flaxseed powder. For one flax portion, soak 1 teaspoon of ground flax seeds with 3 teaspoons of water for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the ground face seed mixture will turn sticky and gooey. You are then ready to apply the flaxseed face mask.
Next, you will use clean fingers to scoop the flaxseed face mask mixture and gently slather it onto your face. Remember to avoid the areas around your eyes and mouth. Then you leave the mixture on your face for about 3 to 5 minutes or until it completely dries up.
When the time passes, gently rinse off with warm water, or you can use a damp washcloth to wipe off the dried-up face mask. Then you splash your face with cold water, and pat dry with a soft towel and moisturize as needed.

Vitamins C Bomb Mask
Using this mask, you’ll be getting vitamin C, which will help make the skin more elastic. To prepare a vitamin C face mask at home, you need to get hold of vitamin C tablets. Normally we use powdered vitamin C, which is known as L-ascorbic acid for our skincare. It has been proved to be very effective in healing wrinkles.
Alternatively, we can also use citrus fruits such as lemon, kiwi, orange, strawberry, pineapple, avocado, papaya, etc. to prepare the face mask as these fruits are extremely high in vitamin C content as well.
Below are several face mask recipes using powdered vitamin C or L-ascorbic acid:
Aloe vera gel and powdered vitamin C
Take a quarter cup of aloe vera gel and add a teaspoon of powdered vitamin C. Stir the mixture well, so that the powder is completely dissolved. Once you get a creamy paste, apply it all over the face and spread it evenly. Sit back and relax for 10-15 minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm water. Repeat daily for maximum anti-aging benefits.
Glycerin and powdered vitamin C
Take a teaspoon of powdered vitamin C and add the required amount of glycerin. Mix the ingredients together and apply a thin layer on your face and avoid the eye area. Wait for 5-10 minutes and then rinse off with cool water. Repeat once or twice a week. This is another great anti-aging face mask.
Raw honey and powdered vitamin C
Mix together a teaspoon of vitamin C powder with raw honey. Add some water if it is too thick and also add a couple of drops of sandalwood or tea essential oil. Mix everything together and apply an even layer on the face. Avoid the eye area.
Keep it on for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with plain water. Repeat once or twice a week for even-toned and smooth skin.
Strawberry Face Mask
Strawberries naturally contain folate and ellagic acid, which are antioxidants that aid in cell regeneration and healing of damaged skin. It boosts collagen production, which, in turn, fades fine lines and wrinkles. Oatmeal serves as an exfoliant that rids the skin of dead cells, which helps the production of new cells. Fuller’s Earth is like a sponge to impurities and sucks the toxins right out and combines well with rose water, which soothes the skin.
The ingredients that we need are: three strawberries, mashed into a pulp; one tablespoon of raw milk; and one teaspoon of honey.
Here is how to do it: Combine all the ingredients together to form a wet paste and apply it to your face and neck. Leave the mask on your skin for 20 minutes and proceed to wash it off thoroughly with a face wash.

Here are the ingredients you will need:
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (it fights acne and pimples, slows down the aging of skin, exfoliate dead cells, and makes your skin firmer.)
Organic Honey (it moisturizes the skin deeply, brightens skin complexion, reduces wrinkles, and lighten scars)
Coconut Oil (it reduces inflammation, deeply moisturize dry skin, provides wound healing effect, and treats acne)
Once you have all the ingredients ready, you can work on your face mask using our formulation below: (1) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2 TBSP), (2) Organic Honey (1 ½ TBSP), and (3) Coconut Oil (2 TBSP)
You will pour all 3 ingredients into a bowl, mix the ingredients well, then apply the mixture evenly on clean skin. You will leave it on your face for 15 minutes, and then wash it off with warm water.
